Shipping Times

All orders are shipped from our local factories in the UK or the USA, depending on your location. Delivery typically takes 7–13 days once your order has been processed and dispatched. With the busy Christmas season approaching, shipping times may be slightly delayed, and some regions may take longer.

Important Notes

Delivery dates are estimates calculated from when your order is dispatched. Unexpected factors such as incorrect addresses, severe weather, customs inspections, or other circumstances may cause delays. To help avoid issues, please provide accurate shipping details and a valid phone number at checkout in case carriers need to contact you.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided. We’ll then prepare your order for dispatch and send tracking details when it is on its way.

Separate Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. Depending on availability and warehouse logistics, you might receive one item before the others. In these cases, separate tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.

Wrong Addresses

We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before placing an order to ensure smooth delivery.
